 The year 2001 was very challenging for me. I joined the school in the second week of term one to replace Mr. Hira Lal, who migrated to Australia.

 The commerce department consists of four experienced and hard working teachers:

 Accounting and Economics are offered at all levels from form 3 to form 7. These subjects are compulsory at forms 3 and 4 level. The number of students taking commercial subjects in forms 5 and 6 has been increasing every year.

 Students are taught through various teaching methods employed by the teachers, ranging from teacher dominated to more student-oriented methods, such as research projects, group presentation, field trips, etc (form 5 economic students visited the Viti Corp LTD). 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our Principal Mrs. Ali and vice Principal Mrs. Tevita and all staff members for their guidance and support. Their friendly attitude and corporation has helped me in settling down well at school.

 Finally, the best of luck to all students sitting exams at the end of the term.
