Form 4C consists of 42 smart, noisy, lazy, energetic
and playful naughty kids. Out of these kids, we have 23 ladies and 19
gentlemen. We all come from different cultural and religious
backgrounds. Our class can also be described as a multicultural society.
During language week, our debate team consisting of Brandon, Ripeka,
Sally and Chloe defeated Form 4D but unfortunately, Form 3A was able to
overcome us. But we also had some wonderful achievements. Academically,
students from our form participated in the Australian schools English,
Maths, Science and Computing Competitions. They earned themselves
certificates of participation, credit, and distinction. Our Form 4 Maths
Team consisting of Barton Lee (4C), Kevin Yip (4C), Jourdan Lee (4D) and
Chung Yin Fei (4D) took second place in the Fiji Maths’ Team
competitions.
In extra- curricular activities, our form’s water rat, John Miller
represented our school to the Courts Carnival Swimming Competition and
he also represented Fiji to the Pan Pacific Swimming Competition in
Hawaii. In the Inter-Secondary Schools Basketball Championships, our U15
boys and girls both made it into the Finals. But luck was not on our
side and only the U15 boys were able to clinch their title. Sharpshooter
Andrew Paris, also took the male MVP award, while Georgina took the
girls MVP award. During the Fiji Table Tennis Championships, our reps
Barton Lee (4C) and Lou Lo Khim (4D) paired up and took the Junior Men’s
Double title. They won a trophy each. We also had some talented athletes
who took part in the Suva Zone meet.
Finally, we would like to convey our sincere thanks and acknowledgements
to our teachers, especially Miss Ram. She is not only our Form Teacher
but also our Social Science teacher. We would like to thank you with a
special gift and that is to try our best to achieve a good result in our
FJC. Lastly, we would like to thank all you fellow students for sticking
together as one family for without you, there would be no existence of
Form 4C. Thank you very much and may the Lord be with you.
